Its twin transparent bowls allow operators to serve two different chilled beverages from one space-efficient unit, while clear litre markings help with accurate beverage preparation and stock monitoring.
Built for reliable commercial beverage service, the Mini Capri 2 features food-grade unbreakable polycarbonate bowls, stainless steel and ABS construction, an adjustable thermostat and a powerful forced-air refrigeration system for efficient cooling. Depending on the model, beverages are mixed using either paddles that help minimise frothing and oxidation or an electromagnetic pump system. Removable bowls and simple no-drip stainless steel taps also make everyday serving and cleaning easier.
