About the Product and Brand

FryMax 54L Electric Oil Filter Machine EOF-54

The FryMax EOF‑54 is a commercial‑grade electric oil filtration machine built for high‑volume frying operations. With a 54‑litre capacity, it is designed to handle large batches of frying oil, making it suitable for busy restaurants, fast food kitchens, and catering operations. The unit is constructed from stainless steel, giving it durability and ease of cleaning in a professional kitchen environment. Its filtration mechanism is dual‐staged: a 300‑micron pre‐filter screen basket catches larger particles and debris, followed by a finer 10‑micron filter that removes smaller suspended solids and impurities. To facilitate operation, it includes a reverse pump function, enabling suction of oil from the fryer into the filtration chamber and then returning cleaned oil through a quick‑disconnect hose. The machine’s pump delivers about 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM), which corresponds to an average flow rate of approximately 13 L/min, allowing fairly rapid filtration cycles.
