Tecnodom DO20 20 Tray Blast Chiller and Shock Freezer

A high-capacity blast chiller/shock freezer built to handle serious food production workloads. It accommodates 20 × 1/1 GN trays (or equivalent 600×400 mm bakery trays) inside a 340 litre cabinet — a big step up from smaller units. It can rapidly chill hot food (e.g. from +70 °C) down to around +3 °C, or deep-freeze down to –18 °C — processing up to 70 kg in a rapid cycle (from hot to frozen in about 180 minutes under spec conditions). Because of the large tray capacity and efficient temperature drop, DO20 is ideal for large-scale kitchens, catering operations, bakeries or institutional food services that need to process many meals or batches at once.

In real-world use, DO20 gives you strong capacity + consistent performance — letting kitchens quickly cool or freeze food in bulk, preserve food quality (texture, flavor, safety), and support efficient batch workflows.
