The Zumex Versatile Star (PD) All-in-One Podium Commercial Citrus Juicer is designed for very high-volume juice service in supermarkets, hotels, convenience stores and busy self-service environments. It processes up to 40 fruits per minute, features a generous 20 kg feeder, and can produce approximately 250 ml of fresh juice in just five seconds.
The integrated All-in-One podium provides greater operating autonomy, with a wheeled waste trolley offering up to 52 litres of waste capacity. The Versatile Star also features automatic PulpOut, Easy Press dispensing, ASP® antibacterial technology and the Original System® extraction system. Its standard M Kit handles 65–81 mm citrus, while an optional S Kit accommodates smaller fruits.
