With its robust 320 mm diameter blade and high-performance gear‑drive system, this slicer effortlessly handles frozen roll‑meat production at a rate of up to 30 kg per hour (at 1 mm slice thickness) and delivers up to 42 cuts per minute.

Built for both durability and hygiene, the unit features an aluminium–magnesium cast alloy body with a polished and anodised surface, designed with rounded edges and minimal crevices for easier cleaning and improved sanitation. The slicing thickness is fully adjustable from 0 to 18 mm, giving you exceptional flexibility—from ultra-thin deli slices to thicker roast cuts—all with precision and speed.
