Powerful, efficient and reliable - this heavy duty induction cooktop from Apuro delivers a huge 3kW of instant cooking power to a large single ring. Capable of holding induction cookware up to 320mm wide, the hob has a simple digital control panel with 10 power settings available at the touch of a button. Quickly and accurately cook a wide range of dishes to perfection.
The sturdy stainless steel body adds strength and provides a safe base for large pots and pans. For even greater efficiency, the hob also includes pan detection technology and will automatically shut off when the pan is removed. Designed for everyday use in the busiest professional kitchens, this cooktop won't let you down.
