About the Product and Brand
Electmax Fries Station - EFS-10
The FryMax EFS‑10 Electric Fries Station is a robust, stainless steel commercial fries‑holding and service unit designed to keep French fries, wedges, and similar fried items hot, crisp, well‑displayed and ready for immediate serving in fast‑paced food service environments. Measuring 1010 mm wide × 720 mm deep × 1500 mm high, the station is built with durability in mind, featuring adjustable stainless steel legs for stable installation.
It is equipped with top infrared ceramic heaters and overhead heating bulbs to maintain temperature from above, complemented by a polished radiant plate behind the heaters to improve heat efficiency. Below the heating elements, a dump‑pan with a partition allows separation of different food types, and the pan is perforated to allow excess oil to drain, helping to preserve crunch and reduce sogginess. A interchangeable wiring rack is also an option in place of the dump pan, providing flexibility for different serving styles. For display and hygiene, the station includes a top cover plate, a 6 mm thick glass board, and four 60W heat lamps overhead that illuminate the food attractively.
