It allows the juicer to be securely installed on a bar or countertop while directing citrus peel waste straight into a waste bin inside the cabinet, creating a cleaner and more professional fresh juice preparation area.
Designed for non-stop commercial juicing, the through-counter system eliminates dependence on the Soul Series 2's standard waste container. Continuous direct waste removal reduces interruptions for emptying peel waste, helping cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels and juice bars maintain a faster workflow during busy service. The compact kit measures approximately 259 x 314 x 155 mm and weighs just 1 kg.
