Every restaurant sets out to deliver delicious food. So let's say that's a gimme.

If you look at all successful business, they have a point of difference.

I live in Northern Beaches, just in case you don’t realise there’s no shortage of Cafe & restaurants.

Have you ever noticed that some locations just never seem work?

A restaurant opens goes’s gangbusters for a month or so then fades away.

Then someone else takes over this spot with a similar concept.

Another restaurant opens in its place & just as quickly closes it’s door.

It was just another restaurant, lost in crowded market

So what can you do to make your cafe or restaurant standout?

Let me share with you a restaurant that focuses on making a family friendly restaurant.

I always found going to restaurants a pain with young children.

This probably why McDonald’s did so well.

You take your kids to Maccas give them Happy Meal, then send them out to the playground.

They base their marketing on getting the kids, so their parents spend money.

Have you ever been to Papadino's in Katoomba?

Since Papadino's opened in 2000, they made children a point of difference.

Papadino's a small Italian Pizza Restaurant which often has people waiting outside over 30 minutes.

When was the last time you had people waiting outside your restaurant for 25 minutes?

Every child that enters is set up with a rolling pin, pastry sheet and some dough to create their own cookie masterpiece. These pieces are then baked in their oven and served to that child for dessert. What an amazing experience for the child and a great point of difference between that restaurant and almost every other restaurant you have ever been in.
