The Blue Seal Evolution Series of commercial cooking equipment is the culmination of a process in which the Blue Seal range has been completely re-designed. The Italian-manufactured Icematic range includes modular ice machines, undercounter ice machines, ice flakers, and separate storage bins.

One of the key differentiators of the Icematic range is the size and quality of ice it produces - specifically, 8g or 20g cubes, which have a unique solid ice cube shape.

Jet Line Undercounter Ice Machines

Icematic's Jet Line series of undercounter ice machines use horizontal spray technology to produce pure ice. This means that the machines spray water into a mould - resulting in a very clear cube. Each of the machines has a built-in storage bin, and can produce from 17.5 to 86 kg of ice per day.

The range now has a new look offering a more aesthetic, stream-lined approach with even more models featuring new capacities in the JET25M, JET45M, JET60M and JET75M models.

Modular Ice Machines

The modular ice maker range is typically designed for those who are after higher volumes of ice production, anywhere between 138 - 431 kg of ice per cycle and produce small or medium sized ice cubes (8g or 20g ice cubes), dependent upon your model of choice. These units include a vertical evaporator with a circulation pump, an easy to use electronic control panel with LEDs to show proper functioning or warning signs.
