Located in Boston, Spyce is a fast-casual restaurant created by four MIT graduates. It promises to deliver salads and grain bowls in three minutes or less, after you order from a kiosk.
The only human employee in the kitchen provides fresh toppings and garnish to your meal. Each salad-and-grain bowl costs $7.50.
