This 10 tray combi oven was a special order that included the Smoker Function.

The Westminster House cooking line featured:
4 Burner Cooktop RNB8400G-CD
600mm wide Char Grill CHB8600G-CD, and
Twin pan Deep Fryer FNB8226G
There was also a Target Top RNB8110GC in a different kitchen area.
Smeg Multi Purpose
Smeg FD516DAUS Special Line Multi Purpose Fully Insulated Elevated Underbench Dishwasher
With 5 wash programs and the ability to wash 8 x 600x400 trays in a single cycle the selection of this dishwasher was a no brainer.
A Smeg UG411MDAUS Glasswasher with reverse osmosis water treatment included completed the warewashing.
