This week I was in our local milkbar, waiting in line to pay. My timing was not that good as there were about a dozen kids, all on their way home from school, in front of me at the counter.
Everyone of them ordered a caramel milkshake, and indeed that was to be my order as well, for my son.
Caramel Milkshake
Ingredients
- • Cold milk
- • Tip: Use Skim Milk to create a fluffier milkshake
- • 1 scoop of ice cream
- • caramel syrup flavouring
Method
- • Drizzle caramel inside the jar or milkshake container. Set aside.
- • Use a milkshake maker to blend vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and caramel syrup until smooth.
- • Pour into the milkshake container.
- • Top up with more milk.
- • Optional add whipped cream, and rainbow sprinkles.
