Commercial dishwashers are a huge asset in any commercial kitchen, but without the correct dishwasher detergents and rinse aids the job is only ever half done.
A good example of this is from my own commercial kitchens where a previous tenant used a very cheap brand of commercial dishwasher detergent and rinse aid in the dishwasher that is installed in the kitchen. For the best possible result they actually had to wash their oven trays 4 times to get near the cleanliness they needed. After they left we changed brands to use Hi-Tech and Glisten and the same oven trays are now washed and cleaned in a single cycle. The savings in time, wages and product are significant. Glisten Commercial Dishwasher Rinse Aid
Glisten is a very effective and concentrated rinse aid for commercial dishwasher machines.
When used as instructed, Glisten provides a spot free finish on glassware and dries crockery and cutlery to a streak-free shine.
It contains special biodegradable detergents as well as scale control agents to prevent scale build-up in rinse jets. Glisten is low-foaming at over 40°C temperatures and is also economical to use.
