ICS Pacific IG Range
The IG Scooping cabinets have been designed and enhanced to suit the tougher Australian conditions and to back this up further they are supplied with a 3 year Parts & Labour warranty. They are designed and manufactured in Denmark.
The IG range of ice cream scooping cabinets is tylish and professionally designed and manufactured to ICS PACIFIC's high specifications include a range of tough, durable features and fittings. The range can hold from 4 to 13 5 litre capacity tubs and each model has additional storage capacity.
These units have been designed to operate at temperatures between -13°C to -22°C @ 35°C room temperature and 60% humidity, so they can be used for both ice cream and gelato, giving you some flexibility.
Please note that ice cream is best when stored between -20°C and -18°C°C; it will be firm enough to hold its shape, but easy to dip between -14°C and -12°C, the ideal serving temperature range.
The preferred temperature for a gelato freezer is between -11°C to -14°C, this will cause the gelato to freeze quickly into the correct shape.
