Blast chiller and shock-freezer cabinets Mono-block construction with inside and outside in stainless steel AISI 304 18/10. Inside with rounded corners and moulded base. CFC and HCFC free insulation by high density polyurethane foam. Slide-way and wire-shelf supports are easily removable without using tools (except model MINI). Internal fitting for GN1/1 or GN2/3 containers. Air-cooled refrigerating unit with measuring of temperature by means of core probe, from +90° to +3°C during blast chilling process and from +90° to -18°C during freezing process.
There is an electronic control panel. Choice between “soft” and “hard” blast chilling cycles depending on the delicacy of the goods and of choice between prearranged cycles for 05P, 10P & 15P models. They feature self-closing doors with easily replaceable magnetic gaskets, adjustable in height stainless steel feet (except MINI and 03C models).
Power requirements are for voltage 230/1/50 and 400/3/50 (10P and 15P models). MINI models are equipped with stainless steel GN 2/3 wire shelf, all other models are equipped with slide-ways and without trays and wire-shelves.
Load capacity is 3 x 1/1GN, 5 x 1/1GN or 10 x 1/1GN pan sizes.
