Apprentice chefs could have the chance to learn from industry leaders like Philippe Mouchel and Peter Wright as part of the Fonterra Foodservice Proud to be a Chef 2012 program, which is now accepting entries.The program is designed to recognise and reward the dedication of apprentice chefs, giving 30 apprentices the opportunity to participate in master classes conducted by leading chefs including Philippe Mouchel from PM24, Adam D'Sylva from Coda Bar and Restaurant, Pierrick Boyer from Le Petit Gateau and Peter Wright, national president of the Australian Culinary Federation.One lucky apprentice will also be presented with an international culinary scholarship, tailored to their individual aspirations.All passionate apprentice chefs aged 18 or above in Australia and New Zealand are encouraged to enter via www.fonterrafoodservices.com.au
