Like wine, coffee is infinitely complex in its flavour combinations. Baristas and sommeliers alike dedicate their entire life to tasting and categorising new blends, and matching them to fine food combinations.

If you serve coffee in your venue, chances are you’ve tasted at least a handful of different coffee blends in your time. Some will be lighter, almost fruity; whilst others hit a deeper, chocolatey note. Some tasting notes will be very subtle, others more obvious. Now, more than ever, the average coffee consumer wants to know more about what they’re drinking – so it will be up to you to know and educate your customers.
