Fine Food Australia is the leading trade exhibition for the food industry. The event is a showcase of the latest products and attracts buyers from restaurants, cafes, bakeries, retailers, caterers, bars, hotels and other food businesses.

In 2017, Commercial Drinks, an industry event dedicated to bars and venues, will run alongside Fine Food Australia and showcase top craft and artisan beer, wine and spirits brands.

Co-locating Event: Commercial Drinks

Running alongside Fine Food Australia in 2017, Commercial Drinks is Australia's new event dedicated to the buying and selling of liquor for the on-premise industry.

Australian Culinary Challenge

Chefs, trainees and apprentices will have the opportunity to pit their skills against each other, competing for a share of up to $10,000 in cash and prizes.

Bake Skills Australia

Apprentice bakers from each state will compete in a live bakery challenge across a range of product categories including specialty & artisan breads, pretzels, croissants and more. Further information will be provided closer to the event.

FSAA Foodservice Today & Tomorrow Conference
