A World Cuisine Journey from Manly to Dee Why

This weekend I have been without a car.

So I've jumped on the Bus from Dee Why to Chatswood, & then a caught the train to Hornsby and back.

The first thing I noticed was the variety of people's cultures & languages.

In my frequent travels around Sydney, I do it in my car. I'm cocooned from this rich tapestry which makes up Sydney.

So my mind started to wander, I was imaging all these different cuisines these people eat.

The smells, flavours & colours brought a smile to my face.

We've come a long way from Meat & 3 Veg, embracing, enjoying and eating these cuisines from around the world.

I spend a fair bit time in Manly.

So between Manly & Dee Why I guess I'm spoilt for choice going out for a meal. I'm pretty sure we got most of the world’s cuisines covered.
