Maybe a mail out occassionally or something to keep in front of the computer, eg mouse mat so that you are the first web site to check out. The website seems to have everything I look for.

I recently purchased a Bromic display fridge for my service customer waiting lounge and I would like to say it was the best experience I have ever had.

From the time I made my first enquiry on the internet to the fridge arriving at my dealership I have been followed up and made feel like I am the only customer your company is dealing with. (I am on the other side of Australia)

Then to top it off I received a thank you card!!!

My company is selling $70000.00 motor cars and the customers are not receiving the kind of service that I have received from yours only spending $1700.00.

I told your story last night in a sales meeting and there where a few heads hung low……

So keep up the excellent culture of your business and continue to grow!!!!

Dear Neil,

I wanted to send you a quick note to congratulate you. My first experience dealing with your company happened on Tuesday before Easter. Our combi oven had failed, and the repairman said "unrepairable", at which time we began the search for a new one. I am the Director of a Bible School in Moss Vale, and although our students were on break, we had a group arriving on Tuesday this week....we had to have an oven very quickly!

I got on the web and found a number of places who began the search for me, your staff member Samantha Manchester was the employee who assisted me. The following day, Wednesday the 4th April, Samantha was working very diligently and was able to locate an oven that was of greater quality than we had thought we could afford, and had worked out a price that we could afford. She organised for me to be able to see the oven and assisted in facilitating the ovens installation the following day, Thursday 5th.

Samantha's attention to detail was superb, and her knowledge of the product and salesmanship was excellent. Other companies were very good in getting back to me, but Samantha was ahead of all of them.

This is the first time I have written to an employer in this manner, and it is a reflection of my gratitude to your company, but in particular to Samantha. Without her attention to detail and perseverance, we would not have had our problem solved in as timely a manner. Our guests were able to be catered for without the slightest hint of a problem, whereas we were very close to having to cancel their booking, had we not had an oven for them to use!
