Entries soon close for best Pizza makers in Australia to enter the Global Pizza Challenge.

The competition is open to all pizza makers, whether they are with a national chain or work in the local pizza shop.

The 20 finalists will put their skills to the test in a 2 day challenge in Melbourne, later this month.
