When does Product Care begin?
U-NITED Warranties service coverage begins from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period.
This United Product Care
covers products purchased as new with an original Australian
manufacturer’s commercial warranty, of at least one
year parts and labour coverage and covers all mechanical and
electrical defects for a set period as described on your invoice.

What do I do when I need to make a claim?
UW cannot process your claim without your Warranty ID and Tax receipt/Invoice or lease agreement.
To lodge a claim, please have your warranty ID & invoice or receipt ready and call 1800 786 331 between Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:30pm,
Saturday to Sunday 9am-5pm excluding public holidays or visit www.u-nited.com.au/activate
A Product Care representative will lodge your claim for processing and a job number will be allocated to you. Should you need to make a
claim, the responsibility of proof of ownership of the equipment is on you. If your claim is found not to be covered under the terms and
conditions of this Product Care, you may be charged for non product care related services plus an administration fee.
Commercial Use U-NITED Warranties Commercial Product Care is only intended to be used with equipment built for commercial applications.
Your equipment must be used in a commercial environment. Equipment used in a domestic environment must be subject to our prior approval
in writing before coverage can begin. This Product Care is not available for domestic products unless covered by the manufacturer for
commercial use, for a minimum of 12 months.
